There are two forms of currency: Lasti and Flair.

Lasti is earned and spent entirely IC. It can be used to purchase items and upgrades from NPC stores, or exchanged with other characters for goods and services. The amount of lasti your character can earn is based on their Class, Vocation, and engagement with site events.

Flair is earned through engagement OOC, and can be used to purchase both OOC and select IC aesthetics and items.

! Please note that you cannot transfer lasti between your characters, unless you thread them purchasing/selling to each other.

Lasti

Earning Lasti

Passive income

Passive income is determined by your class, and is earned automatically at the start of the season. All active characters earn passive income, regardless of their level or how often they post. Passive income is as follows:

  • Immigrant: 15₾/season
  • Proletariat: 20₾/season
  • Specialist: 30₾/season
  • Bourgeoisie: 40₾/season
  • Aristocrat: 50₾/season

Active income

Active income is determined by your vocation and tier level in it, and must be redeemed by the end of a season. You can claim your active income for the season in Character Account Updates.

The payout per thread is based on the passive income levels above. At Tier 5, a character is considered a Master in their vocation.

Tier 1 Tier 2 Tier 3 Tier 4 Tier 5
Immigrant Proletariat Specialist Bourgeoisie Aristocrat

Only certain activities can be redeemed for lasti. It has to be income-generating (think employment), roleplayed out with other characters, and related to the vocation.

Mage Militant Informant Artisan Survivor (Doomsday) Survivor (Medic)
Train others in magic Train others in their specialty weapon/s Sell information Sell items/services Sell scavenged items Train/practice with/on others

The maximum number of threads you can redeem each season varies with your tier level.

  • Informants: Selling one huge plot altering piece of information
  • Artisans: Crafting and selling one divine item
  • Survivor (Doomsday): Scavenging and selling one divine item

Spending Lasti

Lasti can only be spent on in-world things, mainly items and information.
