| This plate houses the headquarters of both the Enforcers and the KSF and is largely off limits to the average civilian, with few exceptions. The Trial stadium is housed on the plate itself, and the Capital prison is often lumped here as well, despite being its own separate plate. |

A stern and brutalist building looms over a gravel training yard, large banners hanging down from plain stone walls. There are few windows, but cameras perched on every wall, creating the isolating feeling of being constantly watched.

The KSF grounds are far less neat than the Enforcers, dotted with random sparring fields and obstacle courses. There is a constant thrum of energy through the grounds, one that extends into the squat KSF HQ.

Not much is known about the interior of the prison, solely due to how rarely people return after being confined. Those that do have no wish to speak of their experiences, only adding to the infamy. This is the only plate whose foundations are filled in fully, blocking off a towering chunk of the Drench.

Small bounties are posted here, most commonly rewards for finding lost items or petty criminals, things too low priority for the Enforcers to handle themselves.
