| POE is the only of the plates whose surface connects to the ground below, a highway and several checkpoint funnelling trucks filled with goods into and out of the city. It’s heavily guarded, each vehicle checked thoroughly in and out, though that’s not to say the system is foolproof. (Temporarily: The road checkpoints are closed due to the lockdown, with no clear sign as to when they will be opening again. A convoy of upset drivers are parked outside and between the checkpoints, their goods wasting away in unopened trailers.) |

Originally built solely to handle freight, the needs of the airport have outgrown the small amount of space the tarmac currently takes up on the surface of the plates. The plans for it’s replacement are being heavily protested though, so for now it will have to do. (Temporarily: Due to the current unrest, there hasn’t been anything going out, though occasionally things still come in under the dead of night, always to the few private hangars.)

Supplying the majority of the city (and Drench) with its power, PEP boasts about their clean hydro power and reliability. There are rumours of dark secrets though, never growing louder than a whisper, lest their speaker disappear.

The Medical center is the largest in Ok’kotoll, and services the bulk of the citizens, including a few charity cases that come up from the Drench, as well as residents from far across Kotoll. Obviously, this means that it is more often than not operating over its full capacity, leaving less dire cases to fend for themselves or sift through the slog of mostly unregulated clinics. Nearby the Medical sector sits a few cafe's.

The company name is all that remains of the long gone Garafan family, and the warehouses are all that remains of the mostly defunct company. Renting the space is all that keeps them relevant, and so long as it keeps cash steady they aren’t picky about who they rent to.
