| An entire plate dedicated to residences and neighborhoods, featuring a variety of living areas. It has it all, motels and hotels, apartments, to condominiums and townhouses. It's the highest populated plate out of all of them and also the most frequently visited. |

Named after the way leaves come and go, this is a sector of the Residential District dedicated to short term stays. Cheaper motels are found the closer to the edge of the plate you are. When it comes to the hotels, the most expensive of them surround one of the reservoirs found on this plate.

Continuing with the theme of trees, this is a small ring on the outside of the Roots district and just before the Leaves sector harbors a space dedicated to housing for long term stays, though never permanent. These can be as short as a few months to as long as a few years. (Temporarily: This area is usually in high demand, with long waiting lists for available spaces, but with the lockdown even the city's denizens are having issues finding housing.)

The center of the plate houses the Root section, made up of townhouses and condominiums for long term living. Typically those that can afford to live within it and choose not to stay in the nobility district can be found here.
