Once again, he has signed up for something without fully knowing all the details. Once again he didn't ask many questions when offered a few extra lasti for his troubles when told to join a small group of mechanics and be at the tram station for the day.
The tasks are simple: Act busy. Look at the tracks, make a few nods and hums. Stare at consoles, state that the tram is indeed standing still. Tell curious people stopping by that there's a problem (obviously) and that's that. Reassure worried people that all will be well.
Cian is currently standing with his back leaned against the tram stuck at the platform while he's pretending to read through the pages of checklists and made-up fail search reports on the clipboard he is holding. Doing his best to not think about what kind of larger plot he might have gotten himself accidentally tangled up in this time. He is just going to be at the station for a few hours, look like he is helping out solving the mysterious problem just to keep people from getting too nervous and then he can go back to his own business with a couple of extra coins in his pocket.
