CHARACTER OF THE YEAR

Character of the Year is an award given to characters that have been notable, whether it be through activity, participating in big events, or generally having a really cool story you get to read played out before your eyes.

NOMINATING:

• Using your OOC account, nominate a character that you feel has been notable this IC year and give a brief explanation as to why you think they should win!

Please keep in mind the following:

• NPCs cannot be nominated for character of the year.
• A character can only win character of the year once.

WINNING:

• You get a fancy award icon on your profile!
• You get to add an emoji to the discord server.
• You get X amount of Flair.

Voting begins the last five days of the current voting year. On the first day of the following year (Tanul), the winner will be chosen based off of who has the highest votes. In the case of a tie breaker, we'll vote again!

I think it's time we make the obvious nomination for @Sunjata!

Not only is he by far the most prolific character on our infant site here, he's a fantastic character! Stuck between his family and the Drench, seeing him learn and adapt to his new experiences and grapple with his morals is a delight. Sky's writing is always wonderful and expresses the conflict in him eloquently.

Maybe too late to nominate more characters, but if it's alright I'd like to nominate Adam

For being a fun and interesting character that's always entertaining to read in whatever situation he's been in so far, with his way of being and lack of any verbal filters.
