"Tell Dr. Nate that Gale sent you, and he still owes me for the mushrooms. Except that it takes you a while to reach the clinic, and by the time you do your fever is spiking, and so instead of the requisite message you instead tell the poor soul who greets you that 'A gale'a m'shrooms sent me cus'a my hands.'" - Zephyr in Oh help me, please doctor, I'm damaged
The third pair steps off to the far right of the space, again with the crowds to separate them out. Though it seems this one grows rowdier with the fact a favored winner stands opposite of @Nate. Regardless, the two men are separated by yet another person, the match beginning when they step out of the center.

Favoured, huh? That’s just cause they haven’t seen him fight yet, Nate grinning and cracking his knuckles through the bandages, his eyes focused on the man across from him. When the match starts he doesn’t hesitate, stepping forwards and throwing a punch, aiming for a body blow, something to drive air out of lungs so his second hit hurts just a little more.
The assault is lacking any kind of defence, or even anticipation for retaliation. Nate expects to be hit, and that’s the most preparation he’s done. No matter what it’s going to happen, so he might as well get his licks in fast, before it turns into a slugfest.
Billy stepped up to the arena with a grunt and two cracks as he snapped his wrists, bandaged hands already in fists before he began to approach Nate. Similarly to the Doctor, he did not value defense - his strategy was to go in hard and hit before the other bastard had a chance to get anything in. Nate went low and he went high, aiming for the head.
Maybe Nate had longer arms, or just a better sense of timing, because his hit connected first; Billy let out a grunt as the wind from his lungs burst out. With a desperate gasp, he took a couple steps back, reconsidering his opponent and raising his arms to block the next attack.

As soon as his fist connects Nate draws back, a snarl on his face that has only narrowly missed being struck off. Still, he’d hit first, and he can grin savagely as he surges forwards again, swinging high this time in an apparent attempt to draw some blood, maybe as revenge for his opponent attempting the exact same thing.
It’s a feint though, a risk, Nate putting himself off balance to swing a leg out and try and knock the other man down. Or at least get him of balance, banking on surprise to be able to keep the upper hand. In a fair fight it would be a dirty trick, but this isn’t a fair fight, not as far as he’s concerned. This is to draw blood, to bleed. To prove he can win.
Billy saw the coming attack and went to dodge, his defensive stance from earlier helping him be prepared for the swing. However, it still wasn't enough against Nate's determined attack. The high cut, gaining momentum from Nate's whole-body effort, connected with his chin and almost sent him flying, though the tough Drencher just managed to stay upright.
Spitting out a tooth, with a frustrated yell, Billy kicked out at Nate. No thought other than rage, aiming for his knees or shins. Wherever he could get him.

Nate step back and west, trying to dodge the punch as much as he can and grab the other man, a fist tangled in the back of his shirt as he fights the grab. A knee diggng into Billy’s side, Nate gifting as dirty as he can and growling just slightly.
Another fist digs into Billy’s side, Nate growling just slightly as he tries to gain go upper hand. The sound is maybe too much, but he can’t keep himself from making it as he struggles, knuckles digging into Billy’s side as he’s struggles to leave the other man struggling.
Billy's kicks found no purchase; his frustration was beginning to make him sloppy, his fists and feet guided more by rage than any kind of thought. The extra blows to his side took the wind out of him, the gasping for breath causing him to have to pause - and he realised, with a teeth-gritting regret, that he would not win this.
Better to be the loser with some teeth left. He raised a hand in the air, surrendering the match.
