Currency

There are two forms of currency: Lasti and Flair.

  • Lasti () is earned and spent entirely IC. It can be used to purchase items and upgrades from NPC stores, or exchanged with other characters for goods and services. The amount of lasti your character can earn is based on their Class, Vocation, and engagement with site events.
  • Flair () is earned through engagement OOC, and can be used to purchase both OOC and select IC aesthetics and items.
Please note that you cannot transfer lasti between your characters, unless you thread them purchasing/selling.

  • 500 - Character slots (such as already well known nobles/proletariats).
  • 300 - Ordinary companion.
  • 300 - Starting a character at a higher level tier.
  • 150 - Character titles.
  • 50 - Custom emojis on discord.

Items and their Values

Spending Lasti ₾

When it comes to items you can buy, there is a rarity scale that determines how much the items cost and how powerful they are/can be.

  • Ordinary: Small items with no special abilities, largely of aesthetic purposes or food. They are valued at ₾25. (Ordinary Items are not closely regulated by staff and are mostly a boost for income within the tiers.)
  • Refined: Medium items that tend to be functional but not unique. They might be weapons or armor without added bonuses, things like shelving or appliances for homes, etc. They are valued at ₾50. (Refined items are also not closely regulated by staff and are mostly a boost for income within the tiers.)
  • Unique: Specialty items that may increase stat points or have unique designs. They are valued at ₾100. (Unique items would give stat increases when used. For static items, like tattoos, armor, jewelry, etc, the bonus would be +1. For one time use items like food or potions, it would be a +3).
  • Acclaimed: Items with special properties. Boost stats by +3 or give special property for another item. Valued at ₾250. (Examples include enhanced weapons/armor, stones of enchantment that give a weapon an elemental bonus, potions that give +1 temporary stats or big healing, etc.)
  • Paragon: Items with magic properties, valued at ₾500. (Enchanted tattoos, magic swords, etc. For players to make these items, they need at least a T3 mage to enchant the items.)
  • Divine: Unique items, especially high in value that are available seasonally in the NPC stores or made by master Artisans. These prices will vary, but the lowest they can go is ₾1000. (These are one of a kind items that do extra special and unique things. Price can be set by whomever makes them.)

Companions and their values

More than a pet, a companion is an animal with which a Kotollian has forged a special, magic-based bond. An ‘exotic pet license’ is needed to bond with a companion; this license can be purchased with IC Lasti or OOC Flair. Cost and quality of a companion is based on three factors: Rarity, Bond Strength, and Training.

Rarity: The cost of a companion is determined by its rarity.
  • Ordinary: Everyday small animals. Rodents, snakes, birds, cats, bats, anything you would reasonably have as a pet. They cannot be used in combat. These are ₾400.
  • Unique: Exotic animals that would not reasonably serve as pets. Lions, tigers, bears (oh my!). Can be used in combat. These are ₾650.
  • Paragon: Not found in nature, but extant as mythological beings. Dragons, phoenix, unicorn, etc. May have one ability consistent with their mythology. These are ₾800.
  • Divine: A combination of creature and ability created at your discretion! Three-tailed mouse with healing tears? Flying snake that farts acid rainbows? Two-legged spider who tap dances tunes that makes people drowsy? Go nuts! These companions cannot be purchased; they are only available as rewards for special events.
