SEASONAL EVENT

Drenak is here! Thunderstorms and torrential downpours have turned the parched and dusty world into a sludgy, muddy cesspit. The Drench lives up to its name, with floods and flood damage being a common occurrence, while up on the Plates it's an occasion to show off your latest raincoat fashion. Fun and destructive times, right? Enjoy the rain for as long as you can because soon enough you'll be heartily sick of it!
Seasonal events must be started within the season, and well underway with at least 3 posts from your character relating to the task before June 30th in order to qualify.
This time, the seasonal event is split into two different categories. You can complete both, or just one of them. :)
When the threads meet the requirements for counting, please post their links here from your OOC account and note which character completed the events.
You can complete them on multiple characters if you have them!

Main Seasonal
- Reward: +2 stats of your choice
- A thread reacting to the season's weather in some ways. This can be preventative measures in regards to flooding, rebuilding what's damaged, being swept away in a flash flood etc.
- A thread in the part of the city your character doesn't live in! So a Plater in the Drench, or a Drencher up on the Plates.
- A thread relating to your vocation.
Story Seasonal
- Reward: +1 stat of your choice, and an item
These will be unlocked as the story progresses. You must complete 3/6 before the season's end to be eligible for the reward.
- Get involved in the main plot - the bombing mystery of the sixth plate, and the budding Drench resistance.
- DRENCH IDEAS: Join the cause! Get in touch with the Drench Kings' henchmen (perhaps supply them with information, items, or your skills?),
sabotage the Plates, convince your friends change is possible... - PLATES IDEAS: Work towards trying to solve the mystery of the bombing!
Interrogate your neighbors!Maybe the investigation would have need of your skills? Or perhaps you're trying to buy information on the black market? - LOWER STAKES: Discuss the general situation, or investigate the rumors surrounding the bombing just for yourself. Don't you too want to know what actually happened?
- DRENCH IDEAS: Join the cause! Get in touch with the Drench Kings' henchmen (perhaps supply them with information, items, or your skills?),
- Interact with the algae bloom! This could be physically interacting with/discussing the water, selling your three-years-out-of-date bottled Dinalla water for cutthroat prices, preparing boiled water, nurse your healing skin lesions, etc. (Threads related to the symptoms of 'rust rash' before the algae bloom are eligible!)
- A thread helping the efforts to create the neutralizing agent for the reservoirs! Open objectives are mud eel and pearling plant gathering: {CURRENT} Health Hazard: Algae Bloom
- A second thread helping the efforts to create the neutralizing agent for the reservoirs!
- A thread interacting with the Drench King tram blockade: {BREAKING} Tram Announcement
